Fri 13 Feb – Citizen Cope

Citizen Cope (aka Clarence Greenwood) has a way with words and nice words have a way with me. In other words, Citizen Cope is pretty awesome. However, I think there came a point during the encore set that I started to get bored and the vocals seemed to drone on and on. I think there could've been a up-tempo song in there somewhere to keep the audience on their toes a bit. Or even better, CC could've done my favorite CC song ("Somehow"). I think it would've been appropriate since Valentine's was about to happen in an hour or so. But overall, it was a good show.
